This workshop focuses on enhancing your buttercream piping skills as well as teaching how to prepare and mix colours to create various effects. Participants will decorate 12 cupcakes to take home. Afternoon tea is provided.

About the event
This workshop will focus on developing your piping skills using buttercream and a range of piping tips.
The session will commence with an introduction to a range of piping tips, piping bags and correct piping form and technique, and how to use the various tips effectively to create a variety of patterns. This will be followed by a session on how to prepare and mix colours to create the ombre effect on cupcakes or cakes. After a demonstration, instruction and some practise time, every individual will have the opportunity to decorate 12 cupcakes, which will be boxed and set ready to be taken home. Afternoon tea will be provided.
