This workshop will enhance your buttercream piping skills and teaches you the skills to prepare, place and finish berries on desserts. After a demonstration and practice, you'll decorate 12 cupcakes to take home. Afternoon tea is provided.

About the event
This workshop will focus on developing your piping skills using buttercream and a range of piping tips.
The session will commence with an introduction to a range of piping tips, piping bags, correct piping form and technique, and how to use the various tips effectively to create a variety of patterns. This will be followed by a session on how to prepare and place seasonal berries on cupcakes, and how to glaze, frost and finish them. After a demonstration, instruction and some practise time, every individual will have the opportunity to decorate 12 cupcakes, which will be boxed and set ready to be taken home. Morning tea will be provided.
