Creative Fondant Toppers

This workshop will focus on developing your detailing skills using fondant, a variety of fondant tools and a scalpel, to develop a creative scene to top the cupcakes. The session will commence with an introduction to a range of tools and techniques to rolling and handling fondant, and how to prepare cupcakes for fondant toppers. After a demonstration, instruction and some practise time, every individual will have the opportunity to decorate 12 cupcakes, which will be boxed ready to be taken home. Afternoon tea will be provided.
