About the event
This workshop focuses on developing buttercream scraping skills to create smooth sides and sharp edges on a cake using the lid method. Participants will learn the technique, apply a chocolate drip, and use piping tips for decorative patterns. Each individual will fill and coat a 6" cake, apply a chocolate drip, top with buttercream swirls, chocolate decorations, and sprinkles. The cake will be boxed for takeaway. Afternoon tea included.
