A Sweet Night Out: Sips & Sweets

This workshop will focus on developing your buttercream skills to confidently fill and cover a cake with an ombre buttercream, apply a chocolate drip, and finish with a decorative floral arrangement. The session includes an introduction to tools, a demonstration of the ombre technique, and using the lid method for a smooth finish. A dessert banquet is provided while cakes set, followed by a chocolate drip demonstration. The final demo covers arranging flowers for a cascade down the cake. Cakes are boxed for you to take home.
