A Sweet Night Out: Nibbles & Glamour

This workshop will focus on developing your fondant application skills to confidently fill and cover a cake with marbled fondant. The careful art of creating a geode will then be demonstrated and applied to the covered cake. The session includes an introduction to tools, a demonstration of the ganache application technique using the lid method for a smooth finish. Finally, the fondant is applied using the wrap method. Grazing boards will be provided while the cakes set. The final demo covers creating the geode through the cake. Cakes are boxed for you to take home.
