A Sweet Night Out: Bridgerton High Tea

During this workshop, the main emphasis will be on enhancing your buttercream techniques to effectively fill, cover, and embellish a cake in the Lambeth style. The program will begin with an overview of the necessary tools, followed by a step-by-step demonstration of applying buttercream using the lid method to achieve a smooth surface and sharp edges. While the cakes are setting, participants will enjoy a Bridgerton style High Tea, after which there will be a hands-on session practicing with different piping tips. The workshop will culminate in applying the newly acquired piping skills to the cake, which will then be boxed for attendees to take home.
